Congratulations to Araz Feyzi and Kayhan Space. It's always great to see our members moving the ball forward on DoD innovation and acquisition policy for dual-use startups and commercial technology.
It was an honor to represent Kayhan Space at the Hill and Valley Forum last week! As we compete with new powers on the world stage, the Silicon Valley way of doing things will be our winning card! The warm reception and sincere interest that Capitol Hill extended to the Valley community was not only refreshing but also encouraging, leaving a lasting positive impact. A few takeaways: - This bipartisan gathering showed that when it comes to national interests, there are no party lines. - Congress wants to hear small businesses' voices firsthand. The work that The Alliance for Commercial Technology in Government is doing to bridge this gap is meaningful. Small companies should consider joining. - Nontraditional dual-use tech companies must better share their success stories, frustrations, and brilliant ideas with the government. Problems will not solve themselves! Thank you, Jacob Helberg and Delian Asparouhov, for organizing such a fantastic event!
