Pseudoaneurysms are a well-documented and serious complication of percutaneous endovascular repairs. However, what is not well documented is the formation of one PA superimposed on top of another. Read our CASE report, “Double Trouble: Pseudoaneurysm of Pseudoaneurysm” to find out how our authors describe the development of an iatrogenic femoral artery with PA with an additional PA extending from the first following the endovascular repair of infrarenal abdominal aortic ulcer here: https://bit.ly/4h30yRt.

Approximately 50% of patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction treated with percutaneous coronary intervention experience microvascular no-reflow. Pre- and post-PCI sonothrombolysis has been shown to decrease infarct size and improve left ventricular systolic function in STEMI patients receiving urgent PCI. Find out whether post-PCI sonothrombolysis alone in STEMI patients with persistent ST elevation alone can reduce no-reflow and infarct size in our recent JASE article, "Sonothombolysis in Patients With ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction With Electrocardiographic No-Reflow After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Randomized Controlled Trial" here: https://bit.ly/4h0X6a7.
