About us
The Arts Institute of Social Change (AISC) is a training and educational center for youth and adults who aspire to make a difference in society through social advocacy, artistic expression, and/or civic engagement! Our Mission The Arts Institute of Social Change is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education, advocacy, and resourceful services, enabling them to recognize and dismantle systemic barriers that impede equitable human prosperity within both economically underserved and economically flourishing communities. We foster deep civic engagement by providing platforms for both youth (aged 13-17) and adults (18-65) to actively contribute to the creation of new social systems that enhance societal well-being. Our Vision We envision a world where youth gain essential financial development skills by the age of 18; a world where adults and families are able to access holistic social social support from philanthropic educational communities as a standard norm. Through this vision, we aim to contribute an equitably vibrant society where youth and adults have access to the developmental resources necessary to transfer wealth, assets, and sustainability to future generations.

On this historic holiday, we shine our attention on the commemoration of freedom amongst America's native African, African-American, and Black U.S citizens. On this day, June 19, 1865, several thousands of Black, African, and African-Americans celebrated freedom from enslavement, as word spread by mouth throughout the Southern states (because unfortunately, there were no social media publicists, at the time) that freedom had been granted throughout the United States of America. Today and forever, The Arts Institute of Social Change celebrates legislative advancements that support the social equity of all human lives! Freedom is a human's birthright.
