For individuals with #autism, making healthy eating choices can be challenging, but it is possible with the right strategies. Key tips include introducing gluten-free and casein-free (GFCF) diets, encouraging autonomy in meal planning, and incorporating fun ways to try new foods. Life skills such as cooking and budgeting are essential for independence, and understanding food allergies is crucial in education and work settings.
