To honor the bravery and sacrifice of those who responded to the tragic events on 9/11, Rise by Bozzuto partnered with three employee resource groups, PACT, VETS and Young Professionals, to participate in the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climbs organized by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. It was an honor for associates in six of our markets to walk alongside firefighters and be a part of the experience. Thank you to all who climbed and donated.

Guardian House will be honored in ULI Baltimore’s 2024 WaveMaker Awards, which recognizes projects for their sense of place and quality, sustainability, vision and need. Constructed by Bozzuto Construction in collaboration with Landmark Partners, SM+P Architects, ONYX Design and Consulting, LLC, Century Engineering, The Baltimore City Development Corporation and the Department of Housing & Community Development, Guardian House is a historic community designed to provide affordable housing to Baltimore City’s first responders. Congratulations to all involved in this project that serves as a model for urban renewal.

The Laureate received an award of merit in the mixed-income category in the 2024 Multifamily Executive Awards. Congratulations to Dan High, our Senior Vice President of Human Resources, on his well-deserved retirement.
