Over the last six months, under the leadership of the NJ Office of the Chief Information Security Officer Michael Geraghty and Senior Fellow of The Burnes Center for Social Change and InnovateUS Chike Aguh, over 100 handpicked leaders from across New Jersey state and local government have been increasing their cyber expertise by going through the Grow with Google on Coursera cybersecurity certificate. Ranging from leaders at the state’s university system to school district leaders to top officials in law enforcement, these individuals have taken almost 150 hours of free cybersecurity content in their certificate program, gathering once a month to share insights and to hear from cybersecurity experts.
