Recent amendments to AB 2223 would impose limits on THC potency in hemp products for sale in California. California’s lawmakers are considering amendments to AB 2223 that would impose restrictive THC limits on hemp products sold in the Golden State. If passed, these limitations would be the most restrictive in the country and would effectively mean you would no longer be able to purchase full spectrum CBD products in California. Here at CBDistillery®, we believe that everybody has a right to high-quality, fairly priced, U.S. grown, hemp-derived CBD products.
