C-Store with Fuel, along with a 3,250 sq. ft. commercial retail space featuring a Pavilion. In total, the project will encompass 7,450 sq. ft. of new construction. #ThrowBackThursday We are proud to have been a part of the Herty Mall II Renovations project at the University of Georgia. The demolition of existing hardscapes and installation of new ADA compliant sidewalks and landscaping were essential to improving accessibility and enhancing the beauty of the campus. Our team also worked diligently to install new utilities, contributing to the overall infrastructure improvements. We are pleased to have worked on the expansion of BJ's Produce, a leading supplier of hydroponically grown lettuce and herbs in the Southeast Region. Our team at Cloverleaf served as the General Contractor on this multi-phase project, which included civil work such as grading, stormwater management, utilities, and hardscapes. The construction also involved the addition of corporate offices and the expansion of hydroponic greenhouses and systems.
