About us
Every one of us is a builder at heart. At Conlan we build everything ranging from simple warehouses to state-of-the-art e-commerce fulfillment centers with advanced robotics. We perform tenant projects including interior build-outs, renovations and expansions. We build office buildings and commercial spaces, but most importantly, we build relationships. Relationships start with doing a good job. When you do a good job, people want to keep working with you. That has been our philosophy since CEO Gary Condron founded Conlan in 1987 when we were a small commercial contractor working on projects around the growing metro Atlanta area. We were determined to deliver the best-in-class results on time and within budget. Satisfied customers were happy with the work we did - which brought more work - a trend that continues to define our growth story. Since founding, we’ve grown our relationships and operations including adding offices in Jacksonville, Florida and Dallas, Texas. We’re licensed from the East Coast to California and presently work projects across the country. Historically, our Shell Group has focused on new construction in the $1 million - $300 million range, while our Interiors Group focuses on projects ranging from $10,000 minor renovations to $30+ million major tenant finishes/renovations. Today Conlan is a nationally recognized commercial contractor and a leader in the light industrial construction. However, we still treat every opportunity like it’s our only one and every client as a valued partner.

Conlan's Dallas office is teaming up with the Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County to help kids in need gear up for school! Every year, the Children's Advocacy Center's Back-to-School Fair provides essential supplies for over 700 children in foster care and families facing hardship. We invite you to partner with us! There are two ways to help: 1. Donate new backpacks at our Dallas office by July 30th. 2. Make a monetary donation for school supplies packs. Hurricane season has kicked off, and The Conlan Company was there to lend a hand. On June 11th, a dozen of us volunteered at the new Feeding Northeast Florida warehouse (a recently completed Conlan project) to help prepare for disaster relief. Half the team assembled individual meal kits while the other half prepped first aid boxes. In total, we prepared 2,000 ready-to-eat meals and nearly 1,000 first aid kits for those who might need them most during this time.

We're thrilled to announce the official completion of Mustang Court Business Park in Southlake, TX for Brookfield Properties! This first-quarter 2024 project completion encompassed a three-building industrial complex totaling 334,203 square feet. Building 3 even features a state-of-the-art Trilytics TriSlab floor system – the FIRST ultra-low carbon slab system ever installed in Texas! This cutting-edge technology significantly reduces carbon footprint. We couldn't have crossed the finish line without the dedication and expertise of the incredible team and partners that we're privileged to work with. A big thank you to Brookfield Properties, the project owner and developer, Macgregor Associates Architects, the architect, Bennett & Pless, Inc., the structural engineer, Jordan & Skala Engineers, the MEP engineer, and Kimley-Horn, the civil engineer.
