Beyond Dollars, an innovative program by Constellation Fund, partners with notable companies and talented professionals across the Twin Cities to deliver unparalleled capacity-building services to our nonprofit grantees. We’re excited to highlight a Beyond Dollars pairing between OASIS FOR YOUTH and Benjamin B. with TransPerfect and Hayley H. with phData. Oasis For Youth provides outreach, housing, and employment resources to support young people across our community. The organization was seeking software support to better collect and analyze programmatic data. Ben and Hayley volunteered their skills and time to successfully implement data collection, analysis, and visualization software at Oasis AND help train the team to use it sustainably. By reaching beyond dollars, Constellation helps expand the generosity of the Twin Cities, building capacity among our grantee partners to ensure lasting impact in our community.
