About us
The Cookery is a non-profit, full service restaurant/cafe that also acts as a Culinary Training Facility for formerly homeless men. We focus on equipping these individuals not only with a skill-set to gain employment in Nashville's food industry, but to also equip them with the life skills necessary to succeed once they have completed the program.
