It was truly an honor to co-host Dr. Victor Dzau, President of the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) with the University of Colorado Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus yesterday. Dr. Dzau met with campus leadership and delivered a campus-wide invited lecture on strategic imperatives that shape the future of healthcare and #innovation in medicine, sharing his incredible expertise with students, faculty, and staff. His inspiring talk included topics such as advancing science and health equity, driving innovation and transformation, accelerating action, and informing policymaking – important priorities for both NAM and the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
