We had an absolute blast on our 2-day photo and video shoot for AtlantisValley Foods, LLC! An integral piece of a big new project for them (coming soon!) is this new imagery, which captures the quality of their ingredients in all their tasty glory. We were thrilled to work with another Madison-area business to capture their top-notch operation and team. Big thanks to AtlantisValley Foods for having us out -- keep your eyes peeled for something exciting from them later this month!

We had an absolute blast at CultureCon this year! If you haven’t heard of it, CultureCon is the place to be for leaders and innovators passionate about building workplace culture that truly matters. From inspiring talks to hands-on workshops, we left feeling more fired up than ever about the impact culture has on everything we do. And guess what? We even bumped into a familiar face—our incredible client, FarWell! It's always fun running into friends in the wild, especially at events that get our creative juices flowing. It's safe to say we came away with refreshed energy and even fresher ideas—we’re ready to put them to work!

It was a blast meeting with Commercial Recreation Specialists last month! We've been working with them for many years to help them reach their audience with awesome outdoor spaces for families and friends alike. Over lunch at Buck & Honey's Restaurants, we discussed our longstanding partnership and where we're heading in the future. As a bonus, some of our out-of-state crew members got to try their very first cheese curd! Thanks to the Commercial Recreation Specialists team for spending the afternoon with us.

We had an absolute blast visiting Fine Point Consulting, LLC last week! We spent two days on a photo and video shoot for this awesome team (and even made time for a happy hour). You know us -- work hard, play hard. The finished products are currently in the works, but we can't wait for the big reveal. ✨The official 2024 TDR Retreat recap ✨ Before we officially say goodbye to this year’s retreat, allow us to share one final montage of our favorite moments. This year, we hung out at the lake, went on a gorgeous sunset dinner cruise, played some golf, sang karaoke, visited with some awesome clients IRL, and discussed our goals as a team. As usual, we had a blast, and are already counting down the days until the next one!

It’s been a week since our retreat, and we’ve all been reflecting on our time together (and doing our fair share of recovering too). Here are some snapshots of our favorite moments from the week. As a remote crew, any chance to see each other IRL is welcomed, but it’s even better when spending time on the lake, discussing our goals, and just having a blast! We especially loved showing our out-of-state crew members what Wisconsin's all about (Culver's, anyone?). Now that we’re back, we feel refreshed, inspired, and ready to tackle the rest of the year as the ultimate team!

Summer is in full swing, which means we’re going on vacation! 😎 Okay, not really. But we are taking a couple days for our annual TDR retreat! Next week, we’re headed to the lake house for two days of team building and fun in the sun. 🏖️ We’re super excited to get the whole crew together IRL — and just as stoked to share some highlights here on socials. Stay tuned as TDR takes on the lake!

We've been quiet on socials lately, but with good reason -- we've been busy bringing home the gold! 🥇 Our journey with UNRL and owner Michael Jordan began with a bold vision and led to incredible success, crowned by winning four gold Telly Awards! 🏆✨ Michael dreamed big with the launch of the revolutionary “Golfer’s Track Suit” in the new “Stealth Black” colorway. From July to October, we worked hand in hand to craft an unforgettable story featuring Christopher McDonald (aka Shooter McGavin from Happy Gilmore), Bachelorette Michelle Young, and Minnesota Vikings stars TJ Hockenson, Garrett Bradbury, and Harrison Philips. The Stealth Black Golfers Track Suit video debuted on Black Friday, quickly becoming the most successful non-collaborated video in UNRL’s history. The overwhelming praise led Michael to transform it into a 30-second Super Bowl ad, aired in Minnesota, Iowa, the Dakotas, and parts of Wisconsin. The pinnacle of this project was our submission to the prestigious Telly Awards, where we won gold in all four video categories we entered (Branding, Comedy, Beauty/Fashion/Shopping, and Use of Comedy)! Competing against giants like ESPN, MTV, and National Geographic, our success was a testament to the power of vision and collaboration. From a dream in July to a Super Bowl commercial in February and a four-time gold Telly award winner by May, this project has been a remarkable journey. This is the star of your lighting setup! ⭐ Next, the back/hair light. This light comes from behind, adding depth and separating the subject from the background. It gives that professional edge by creating a nice halo effect around the hair and shoulders. 😇 Lastly, we have the practical lights. These are the everyday lights in the scene, like lamps or ceiling lights, which add a touch of realism and warmth to your setup.
