Meet Brian Mattingly, MBA, Senior Director of Finance at The Edge Fitness Clubs 👏 With over 36 years of experience across five publicly traded companies before joining The Edge, Brian brings extensive expertise to his role. Holding an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a deep understanding of accounting, he has successfully enhanced process and system efficiencies at The Edge over the past 7+ years. As the Senior Director of Finance, Brian's responsibilities include managing accounting, accounts payable, tax, risk management and purchasing. His expertise and commitment have been instrumental in streamlining our financial processes and ensuring our gym's continued success. Meet John English, CPA, MBA, our Vice President of Finance at The Edge Fitness Clubs ⚡⚡ Before joining our team in 2022, John worked as the CFO of a startup – shipping boxes out of a garage and building systems/processes from the ground up. His unique background in finance, entrepreneurship, and digital has allowed The Edge to bring a lot of innovation and automation across our various internal functions. As the VP of Finance, John oversees FP&A, Accounting, IT, Web Dev, Retail, and Risk Management at the Edge – keeping the organization focused on KPI’s that drive value creation and ensure we achieve our financial goals. "While I’m a CPA, I’m not your typical finance leader. In my prior experience, I’ve led eCommerce teams across web development, digital marketing, web analytics, and customer service; and even led the redesign of the current Edge Fitness website experience." We are incredibly lucky to have John's leadership, vision, and unwavering dedication at The Edge Fitness Clubs, and he's been instrumental in guiding us through both challenges and successes. ⭐ STAFF SHOUT OUT⭐ Meet Joshua Healy- Green, our Retail Manager! Josh started his career here as a Membership Advisor in our Orange, CT club back in 2019. He was quickly promoted to Sales Manager and then Assistant Manager before his career transitioned to our corporate office. Josh initially was overseeing loss prevention and safety management, but more recently has been solely focused on managing all things retail! As our Retail Manager, Josh manages all inventory for our online storefronts (Amazon + Shopify), as well as in our clubs! He works with our distributors to ensure we're offering the best products to our members- whether that would be through our supplement line, ES Fit, protein bars, cooler drinks, t-shirts, etc. Josh also played an instrumental role in working with our suppliers in re-branding and distributing our new and improved ES Fit Supplements earlier this year! Josh- thank you for your consistent hard work and dedication to making our retail great! We so appreciate you and all you do every day 🙌
