We had the pleasure of celebrating the hard work and dedication of our interns, mentors, managers, and everyone involved in making our Summer Learning Program a success at our annual dinner celebration! It was a night of recognition and gratitude for the collective efforts that made this summer truly special. Our interns showcased the skills and knowledge they’ve gained throughout the season by presenting their final mock projects. Each presentation was a testament to their growth, creativity, and dedication, reflecting the incredible progress they’ve made over the past few months. Wrapping up our spotlight series is Ben Spellman, Automation Engineer, who has also been onboard full time since May. Ben was able to participate in the Summer Learning Program, and has since hit the ground running with Team 60 in our Des Moines office! For todays edition of our series, we would like to introduce to you, Automation Engineer, Taylor Caton. Taylor started full time with ESCO back in May, and was able to participate in the Summer Learning Program! When asked about her time here, Taylor explained, “I really like how much learning is encouraged at ESCO. Everyone is learning no matter how long they’ve been here – whether it’s new software or devices or (in my case) everything – it’s a really nice place to be. Questions are welcome and people go out of their way to help.” We’re so happy Taylor chose ESCO and can’t wait to watch her succeed! #SummerLearningProgram #TeamESCO
