🌟 Meet Regina, an inspiring participant in the Empower Her program! She joined in the second week, alongside her sister Clara and Ercelia, and hasn’t looked back since. As a divorced woman, Regina often relied on her ex-husband and family for support, but everything changed when she came to SADECO-Mocambique- Saude e Desenvolvimento Comunitario our implemented partner. On September 21, after receiving entrepreneurial training, Regina launched her own business and is making remarkable progress. She visited a store, asked for help, and acquired products worth 5000 MT, which she sold and repaid. With this determination, she continued to expand her business and is now able to support her three children on her own. In this program, participants—mainly single mothers, widows, and survivors of gender-based violence—are learning about entrepreneurship and how to start their own businesses. In the next session, we’ll work individually with them to develop their business plans. Stay tuned for more stories and updates on this journey of empowerment! #EmpowerHer #Entrepreneurship #Mozambique #WomenOfMozambique #FemaleEmpowerment #BusinessInMozambique
