Project Superintendent Jack Zoda completed the 18-month Superintendent Training Program through the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America on July 25, 2024. Reflecting on his experience, Jack’s biggest takeaway was getting to see and learn from others who live in different parts of the country. He liked learning how they operate and what challenges they face based on their location. Jack is confident he will use what he learned in the program to improve how he runs a jobsite. For more information on the program, see our recent blog post ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gK_N8BXP Congratulations on completing this program, Jack! #BuildingABetterFuture #AConstructionSolutionsProvider

Project Superintendent Troy Shultz is grateful to have created relationships with fellow superintendents around the country through his participation in the 18-month Superintendent Training Program through the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America. Troy learned a lot about new technologies the construction industry is using that will not only impact the speed of a project from start to finish, but will also impact quality control. This training will impact his work in many ways including a goal for him to arrive each day with a fresh mindset. Troy now feels comfortable with public speaking because of this training. “All the presentations really get you over the fear of standing in front of people and giving a presentation to a large group,” he said. “This is going to be beneficial when presenting to a client, when leading a Toolbox Talk, or running weekly progress meetings on a larger job.” Troy encourages other superintendents to take this course to expand their knowledge. For more information on the program, see our recent blog post ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gK_N8BXP Congratulations on completing this program, Troy! #BuildingABetterFuture #AConstructionSolutionsProvider
