We are hiring Product Owner (Risk Adjustment / EDPS) Location: Remote in USA Duration: Fulltime/Permanent Client: Internal to Wipro Salary: $100K to $120K Key Requirements: Risk Adjustment, Electronic Data Processing System (EDPS), Claims Submission, HCC Coding, Healthcare Domain Responsibilities: Own product strategy from concept to production. Develop and implement new product features related to Encounter data processing, Risk adjustment, and provider management. Manage product backlog, requirements, and user manuals. Lead product release planning and set delivery expectations. Conduct market research and identify product gaps. Develop marketing presentations and product demos. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to the team. Lead SMEs in analyzing regulatory changes and determining product impact. Lead design discussions between offshore and onshore teams. Identify areas for improvement in team processes and contribute to solutions. Assist in program management and implementation efforts. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in the US healthcare industry (Medicare/Medicaid). Strong product management experience and expertise in product development and implementations. Deep understanding of Encounter data processing, Risk adjustment methodologies, HCCs, Chart review data, and Claims processing. Knowledge of 834, 837, 820 X12 data formats and standards. Experience with CMS Submission Process, EDI transactions, and response file processing. Familiarity with ETL, mapping tools (e.g., IBM WTX). HIPAA Compliance. Knowledge of CMS Risk score and risk adjustment methodologies. Good working knowledge of SQL. Ability to develop demo materials and conduct product demonstrations. Familiarity with wireframe and design, and working with UI/UX design teams. Preferred Skills: Understanding of Mainframe legacy applications and integration. Working knowledge of DB2 and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS).
