Supporting our communities takes on many different forms. This time, it is creating special birthday bags for children. Employees from our Chicago office donated to and volunteered at The Humanitarian Service Project, which supports over 700 local children in the DuPage and Kane counties, IL. These birthday bags contain the ingredients for a successful birthday party, including a cake mix, party supplies, games, and toys. To help kids be kids, to help create a memorable childhood for children in need, is an honor. Thank you to our employees for supporting our local communities. #CommunityEngagement #CommunityInvolvement #Volunteer #BirthdayCelebration #MorrellGroup

We'd like to thank everyone who participated in Giving Week! 🙏 To get into the holiday spirit, many of our #TeamVistex members participated in volunteer opportunities including: packing meals for Feed My Starving Children, helping out at the DuPage Children's Museum, hosting a fundraiser cupcake contest supporting Fellowship Housing, a toy collection for The Humanitarian Service Project, and more! 💕 At Vistex, giving back is a core pillar of our company and culture. The commitment shown by our volunteers makes us incredibly proud! #NowItAllAddsUp

It was nice seeing Emma again and thanks to KSM for helping us prepare for our Christmas Offering.
2023 KSM Community Day! More than 400 of our employees all across the country volunteered in their communities today for KSM's 2023 Community Day! 🎉 KSM’s Chicagoland Employees gathered at The Humanitarian Service Project to help with their Christmas Offering where we bagged toys and games for young children for the holidays. As well as organizing food for their other projects. Fun fact: my first accounting internship while I was in college was at HSP where I helped co-founder and CFO with the books. It was so nice catching up with Floyd Kettering today and thank you so much for having KSM in to volunteer today!! #ksmcommunityday KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) Ben Lyon Ewelina Klaczyńska, CPA Michael Colella Brenda Tang, CPA Thomas Gorski Adriane Roberson

Thank you to all the wonderful people who supported our Birthday in a Bag project on behalf of the Humanitarian Service Project. This quarter was our second time providing bags, and we plan on doing it every quarter. We use client work and donations from friends and families to purchase all the supplies. The Humanitarian Service Project (HSP) is an amazing group that supports seniors and children in DuPage and Kane Counties, Illinois. Please consider them as part of your gift-giving this year. #peoplematter #childrenscharity #Kindnss4kids #giveback Special Thank you to the following: Trudy Gill, Jocelyn Gilet-Smith, Samantha Kingston, Tina Ramey, Carey Harrington, Greg Scott, Marianne Pawlak, Andrea Kartch, Tasiah Audino LeConte, and two of our clients (one in Education, the other in the Steel industry). Their strategy day and assessment work funded 10 bags!
We donated 20 Birthday "party in a bag" to the Humanitarian Service Project this month! They have a children's project that services children ages 3 to 12 who live in poverty and reside in DuPage and Kane Counties, IL. Currently, over 700 children are enrolled in the Children’s Project. This program aims to provide children and their families with food every week to combat the pain of hunger and food insecurity. In addition to basic needs support, each child receives a large birthday box filled with gifts to celebrate their birthday. Children of school age receive school supplies and books, so they have the tools they need for success in the classroom. We get donations as well, as we use a portion of our Client work to fund this project. Thank you to the wonderful donors and clients who made this quarter's gift possible.
