  • Supporting our community! Help with this survey about teacher leadership. __________ I hope your school year is off to a great start after a restful and rejuvenating holiday. My name is Kathryn Handy and I am a doctoral candidate at the University of the Cumberlands and a teacher at an international school in Japan. You are invited to participate in my research study, The Impact of Different Levels of Middle-Level Instructional Leaders in International Schools. The study has been approved by the UC Institutional Review Board (IRB). In this study, you will complete an anonymous validated survey that asks you to reflect on your current team leader, instructional coach, and/or curriculum coordinator where applicable. More information about the survey, its inclusion criteria, and confidentiality are accessible on the survey. Survey link: https://lnkd.in/gMURMuEq Thank you for your support of my doctoral studies and for contributing to the growing research of international schools. With sincere gratitude, Kathryn Handy khandy01017@ucumberlands.edu
