The Maloney Firm, APC is a business litigation boutique, representing clients in California and federal courts and in arbitration. The attorneys at the Maloney Firm handle business disputes and employment litigation, provide employment counsel and guidance, and represent parties in disputes concerning legal fees and legal malpractice. The firm’s founding shareholder, Patrick M. Maloney, honed his craft at a national law firm and then represented clients in numerous trials and arbitrations at a downtown Los Angeles trial boutique firm. As a result of this experience, the firm possesses the skill and confidence to go head-to-head with much larger firms. In each representation, The Maloney Firm draws upon its substantial experience to custom tailor a strategy that will be both effective and affordable. Each dispute presents unique circumstances and issues. By taking steps early to identify the important issues, the firm develops an approach designed to focus its energy and resources on the critical issues. This focused approach reduces the burden and expense to the client and oftentimes results in an early resolution.
