Welcome the first day of fall with cozy vibes and a warm cup of homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte! 🍂☕ Embrace the season of changing leaves, crisp air, and all things pumpkin. Check out our easy PSL recipe to start your autumn right below! 🍁 Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe 👇 Ingredients: 2 cups of milk (dairy or non-dairy) 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar (to taste) 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for garnish) 1/2 cup of strong coffee or 1 shot of espresso Whipped cream (optional, for topping) Instructions: Heat the Milk: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Cook until the mixture is hot but not boiling. Add Flavor: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Froth the Milk (Optional): If you want a frothy latte, you can use a milk frother or whisk the mixture vigorously until frothy. Combine with Coffee: Pour the hot coffee or espresso into a mug, then add the pumpkin spice milk mixture. Stir well. Top it Off: Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
