This is a podcast designed to share people's stories, experiences, and knowledge in hopes of helping someone else reach their goals. We will be interviewing various people from different career paths and upbringings in order to gain a variety of perspectives to help people make informed decisions on the best way to pursue their career aspirations within manufacturing. We do so by digging deep into people history as far back as when they were a child, leading into high school, and for some college for some not. We also dig into their career, how they got to where they are at, and what they did in order to do so. We then flip the script and dig into what they think were the key things that got them to the position they are at in life today. We are digging for all the gold nuggets that will help you, the audience grow in your career and life.
