The Laborers' International Union North America (LIUNA) trains construction craft laborers in the many different career opportunities available to them including building site and construction, infrastructure, masonry, pipeline, tunneling, and more. Across its two campuses in Hopkinton, MA and Pomfret, CT, LIUNA’s New England region underwent a comprehensive project that included the construction of a new 22,450-square-foot headquarters building, maintenance facility and training center, along with renovations to its dining, dormitories and administrative spaces for an all-encompassing campus transformation. The new AGC Education and Training Fund Headquarters building includes open office areas, private offices, a café, classrooms, and a two-story atrium with a glass façade that maximizes views over the sloping entry to the LIUNA Hopkinton campus. Additionally, the two-story facility has a conference/training center, executive suite and administrative offices. MillerClapperton fabricated 14,000 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM) for the project. General Contractor: Standard Builders Architect/PC: RGB Architects

Ellison Parkview is a luxury apartment community along Windy Ridge Parkway, adjacent to The Battery Atlanta development, home to Truist Park and the Atlanta Braves. The 4-acre development offers 298 apartments, approximately 6,000 square feet of retail, and a public greenspace and plaza with water features. The five-story community features studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with high-end finishes. Amenities include a rooftop club and gaming terrace, resort-style courtyard swimming pool, outdoor entertainment courtyard, outdoor movie screen, co-working lounge, private parking garage, fitness center with a wellness and mediation studio, and a dog park. Thank you to all of our MillerClapperton staff, friends, and family who donated blood last Thursday and Friday for our 13th Annual Ted S. Miller Memorial Blood Drive. This annual event honors the legacy of our late co-founder and offers us a chance to give back to our community. This year we had 43 donors participate, bringing the total donors over the past 13 years to 611.
