  • Sales often gets a bad rap… Conjuring images of slick, pressure-driven individuals solely focused on money. However, the reality is strikingly different in Medical Sales. The best sales representatives are genuine problem solvers, dedicated to helping others, and serving their customers with integrity. 𝑭𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒀𝑶𝑼: 1. It's Like Running Your Own Business If you want to make more money, make more sales. Managing a successful business requires a clear plan, savvy business acumen, and a compelling strategy to connect with customers. 2. Variety - Every day is an Adventure You might find yourself at your desk making calls one day and jetting off to meetings the next. No two days are alike, and you’ll constantly be connecting with healthcare professionals in clinics and hospitals. 3. You Help Patients There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone. In sales, you listen to the customer’s challenges and provide solutions—saving them time, money, and making their work more effective. 4. You Can Make great of Money In sales, your earnings directly reflect your effort—it’s that simple! Unlike most jobs with fixed salaries, most Med Rep positions offer uncapped earning potential. 5. Sales is Competitive Whether you’re competing with colleagues or aiming to beat your own previous results, competition fuels hard work and makes the job exciting. If you love sports or have a competitive spirit, sales provides a SCOREBOARD. My personal favorite… When you are good at driving results, There will ALWAYS be work for you! What do you enjoy about sales? <><><><><><><><><> 🔸 DM me if you are aspiring to become a Med Rep.

  • “You lack B2B sales experience, why should I hire you?” This question can make a Med Rep candidate PANIC. However, it’s an OBJECTION to hiring you. If this is a weakness of yours… Be prepared to overcome the manager’s concerns. It’s not easy, and your response will not always work. • “Tell me about yourself.” Those 4 words make me cringe. Especially during a Medical Sales interview. We know it’s coming, so why don’t we prepare? The "tell me about yourself" answer should keep the interviewer engaged. Here’s what the hiring team doesn’t want: - A 10 minute monolog - Your entire career story - Feature dumping without a benefit You should embrace: “Tell me about you” is your elevator pitch, ↳ not your end of life ceremony. There’s time to discuss your career experience, ↳ reframe from talking about each bullet point. Relate your work experience to the job description, ↳ if you don’t connect the dots, you will lose the interview. Here’s a pattern that I teach to hook the listener. Divide your career into 3 sections: - Your Results - Your Learnings - Your Motivations Each section has a feature of hiring YOU, ↳ communicate your benefit to the manager, territory, and team. A Med Rep interview mirrors a sales call. Are you ready? <><><><><><><><><> Send me a DM if you want to practice, “tell me about yourself.”

𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬: 🆘 Not sure where to start. 🆘 Trust everything we watch and read online. 🆘 Complain…you don’t have the right experience. 🆘 Believe you need a certificate & anatomy training. 🆘 Blame your circumstances, “I don’t have any connections.” 🆘 Tell yourself, “It’s too competitive, 200 candidates already applied.” Do any of these sounds familiar to YOU? My recommendation, stop sabotaging yourself. Hit the reset button and attack your new interview plan. You got this! <><><><><><><><> 🔹 DM me for a new Med Rep interview plan.
