Client: Amazing candidate but I need to interview 3 more. Gregg: Why do you feel the need to interview more? Client: I need somebody to compare her to. Gregg: How does she compare to the 15 on your team? Client: Major upgrade but I still want to interview additional candidates. Gregg: We can submit them but you're going to risk losing her.
