    Interview got you nervous? 😰 Don’t sweat it. ❓ The answer is in the question! ❓ Interviews are just a Q&A segment between you and the hiring manager (and maybe some others if you’re in a panel interview) Depending on your experience and confidence level with interviews, that can seem intimidating, but there is a trick to help you through it… Reframe the scenario so that you become the “interviewer” Of course, prepare your answers for how you will answer their questions, but the most powerful thing to do is to come with a set of really great questions We’re not talking about your average “what’s the compensation and benefits?” We’re talking about questions that unlock a deeper answer than that. Start with researching the company and really audit what you find. 👉 What is their ideal customer/client? 👉 How many years has the company been in business? 👉 What kind of growth have they experienced as a business in the last year? These are just some examples to get started.
