What a Week at the DNC in Chicago! We were beyond excited and honored to roll up our sleeves and work for the Democratic National Convention this year in our hometown, Chicago. It was a whirlwind week packed with incredible moments—from planning the official DNC Volunteer Event at the iconic Wrigley Field to transforming the historic Old Post Office for a Biden team post-convention celebration to wrapping it up with Illinois House Dems dance party featuring Busta Rhythms and Pepa, we did it all. Our team crushed it, tackling every challenge and 40+ events with enthusiasm and creativity. The energy was contagious, and we’re so proud to have played a part in making these events unforgettable. One of our all-time favorites we had the pleasure of partnering with Birch Event Design on a rule breaking wedding in the heart of Chicago. Revel Decor adorned theunique venue on the west side in wild green and white floral arrangements, a metallic silver walkway, blue vinyl entry moment and a ceremony in the round that transformed to the dance floor. Limelight catered a gourmet meal with delicious hors d'oeuvres, mouthwatering beef and fish, and an assortment of sweets for dessert. From silvery mirrored place cards to the sleek black tablescapes, this wedding was not every bride’s dream but one amazing family with a real vision. The moment our clients stepped into the venue, the reaction was nothing short of magical: “Holy shit. I will never forget the body chills I felt walking into the space for the first time and seeing all your hard work come to life. Throughout this entire process, you all have been nothing short of amazing. The creativity, the energy, the passion – undeniable. Crae and I might have had a vision, but it was you all who took that vision above and beyond and made it into a fantasy dreamlike reality. You left Kap and I humbled, wonderstruck, and filled with a zeal for what our future has in store. A direct quote from one of our guests – “The food….what a massive highlight.
