BREAKING NEWS! I serve on several boards but when asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Center of Passaic it provided me a meaningful opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental health and well-being of the youth and adults in the communities of Passaic County. Early intervention through mental health counseling is essential during adolescence (ages 6-14) as it sets the foundation for emotional, social, and cognitive skills that will influence their overall well-being in the long term. The counseling services MHCP addresses a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, and provide young people with the tools they need to cope and thrive. The mental health crisis among youth and adults are at an all-time high. Education, recognizing signs and having access to free and affordable resources is paramount. USA Fencing Summer Games 2024 Recap: As a member of the Board of Directors, I am proud of our USA Fencing Team unprecedented success, breaking records in media coverage and engagement and taking home 4 medals including Women’s Foil. Thank you fo your support and we will see you in 2028 at the Summer Games in Los Angeles.

USA FENCING (Paris, France) As a member of the Board of Directors for USA Fencing, I am proud of both our men's and women's fencers. My Father: A hardworking man who worked tirelessly in the cotton fields of NC from the 1920s to the 1930s. Despite lacking formal education, he was self-taught, with a strong work ethic. He sacrificed much, teaching himself to read and write. He was a protector, provider, nurturer, financial advisor, disciplinarian, and my best friend. Gratitude to all devoted and loving fathers and father figures.

SATURDAY!! I am thrilled to return to my hometown of Paterson, New Jersey this Saturday for my Free 2nd Annual Sports Media Broadcasting Academy at the Paterson Public Library. In conjunction with Paterson Public Schools, Paterson Recreation, Wiilie Peterkin Foundation and All Abilities Live Media Group. Facilitators from such sports networks ESPN, CBS, NBC, FoxSports, NEC Frontrow, 1010 Wins Sports, journalists- NY Times, Boxing Scene and more!

GRATEFUL & THANK YOU! Congratulations to the UNIVERSITY of SOUTH CAROLINA Women and UCONN Men on winning their respective NCAA National Championships! 🏀 It's been an incredible journey this season, and I'm grateful to have been a part of it. I've had the privilege of working on a plethora of broadcasting assignments around the country, including the early rounds of this year's NCAA/NIT Men's & Women's tournaments on ESPN & CBS Television Sports Networks. 📺 Being able to cover this year's FINAL FOUR as part of the media contingent was a true highlight. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to ESPN & CBS, as well as the wonderful institutions and people I had the fortune to work with this season. 🙏 Special appreciation goes out to my terrific play-by-play partners, camera and production crews, and statisticians who allowed me to do my job effectively and efficiently. And to the fans and supporters across the country, thank you for your kind words and compliments throughout the season.
