One of our goals for developing Industrie Apartments was to provide another link connecting Albany's downtown core and Warehouse District. The lynchpin was finding an operator for our street level retail space who could create a dynamic new neighborhood destination. The Rosenblum Companies couldn’t be more excited to announce that Dave Zheng (Sake Café, Tanpopo Ramen & Sake Bar) and Mike Pietrocola (Pastina) will be opening the area’s first Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant, called Itameshi, in our building early next year! Each building's two-story atrium, corridors and restrooms are being updated with new Class A finishes and furnishings, and the building exteriors have received a fresh look!

Hosting Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan at 745 Broadway has become an annual tradition of sorts for The Rosenblum Companies. The first time two years ago, we broke ground for the construction of Industrie Apartments. A year later, the Mayor joined us again during construction for a hard hat tour with Doreen Harris, President & CEO at NYSERDA and other officials to view the energy conservation measures we were taking to fully electrify the building and achieve Energy Star certification. On this third visit, we had the pleasure of showcasing the ‘finished product’ to the Mayor and Ashley Mohl, Interim President at Capitalize Albany Corporation, and an opportunity to thank them in person for their partnership and support on this odyssey to deliver the first zero emission apartment building in the City of Albany! #ittakeesavillage

Very excited to welcome Phillips Lytle LLP to 3 Winners Circle! Proud to have them be part of our portfolio and completing the repositioning and renovation of this building which is now 100% occupied. This 5,300 sf suite was custom designed by Jodi Emmons Cresa Albany featuring glass walls, custom lighting and an open cafe concept. Construction was expertly performed by Alex Keyes of our in-house construction management team, meeting all budget, quality, schedule and customer service expectations.
Yesterday, we were joined by members of the Capital Region Chamber, The Rosenblum Companies, and community members and officials for a ribbon cutting ceremony and to show off the new space for our Albany office. Take a look! PS - Highly recommend not giving Jeff Schwartz oversized scissors.

The Emack and Bolio's truck returned for Part 2 of The Rosenblum Companies annual ice cream social, this time at our Winners Circle and Wolf Road properties. Artist Mark Brennan was on hand to sketch free caricatures, and tenants also got to check out drawings of the interior and exterior renovations that are now underway at 1 and 2 Winners Circle while demolishing double scoops of gourmet ice cream!

There are few things we take more seriously at The Rosenblum Companies than safety, so the idea of throwing tools around would usually be a compete non-starter, but the team had a great time going head-to-head while keeping all our limbs in the throwing ranges at The Yard: Hatchet House and Bar!
