On Wednesdays, we wear pink at the SOURCE! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it’s time to rally together for an incredible cause. This month, we honor survivors, support those currently battling, and remember the fighters we’ve lost. Breast cancer affects so many lives, and awareness is key. Did you know that early detection can significantly improve outcomes? Schedule those check-ups, do self-exams, and encourage your loved ones to do the same! Let’s break the stigma and create open conversations about health and wellness. We’re wearing our pink with pride to show that together we can make a difference. Every voice matters, and every action counts! And remember, you CAN sit with us! Together, we’re stronger!

We had a blast celebrating The DECC Company’s 60th Anniversary! 🎉 Our wonderful SOURCE team—Abigail Medina, Joyce Rohrer, and Alison Freas, M.A. Ed. — attended this special event on September 19th to honor a founding partner. It was a fantastic day filled with delicious food from local food trucks, fun games, and informative tours of the facility. We joined together with DECC employees, suppliers, customers, and community partners to celebrate six decades of dedication and impact in our community. Cheers to DECC for all their hard work and contributions! Here’s to many more years of success!

Last week a few members of the SOURCE team spent half of the day volunteering at Family Network of Wyoming's food pantry. We had a fantastic time working alongside some incredible volunteers who truly embody the spirit of community. Their dedication to making a difference was inspiring! The Family Network of Wyoming does so much more than just provide nutritious food to those in need in our community; they also offer loans for durable medical equipment, helping families in need access vital resources. It’s great to see first hand the impact they have on so many lives. Together, we packed, organized, and passed out food donations, and every box we filled brought us closer to supporting families in our community. Thank you to everyone at Family Network for welcoming us and for all you do! We’re proud to partner with you and support your mission.

Congratulations to Cascade Engineering on hitting these milestones!
At the end of August, our teams broke two major cart records: 7,102 carts produced in one day and 75,401 carts shipped in one week. This past week we celebrated the hard work that took place all across campus to achieve these milestones with custom Cascade Cart Solutions cupcakes! We are successful because of the many talents that exist within Cascade and we cannot do what we do without the commitment of the whole team.
