Cheers to Our Nurses: Heroes Every Day - Please join us in Honoring Our Stellar Nurses.

About us

The Stellar Nurse initiative began during a difficult time. Countries face a healthcare crisis due to COVID-19. Many nurses quit, overwhelmed by stress and burnout. Now, there's a serious nurse shortage. Those who stayed face unsafe nurse-patient ratios, leading to more burnout. Nurses in these conditions feel unseen and unheard. In these tough times, it's crucial to appreciate the amazing work of nurses. The Stellar Nurses aims to show nurses they are valued by their community and patients. We created a platform to honor nurses globally—a group often unnoticed. This initiative adapts to meet the nursing community's needs. We started with a promise to support the nurses we help. This dialogue led to a learning and knowledge hub. We offer a safe place for mentorship, providing a nurturing environment for nurses. Our platform encourages open talk, letting nurses share ideas and adopt best practices. Our mission is clear—to honor nurses and celebrate their achievements. While we aim to broaden our reach, our main goal—to honor the stellar spirits in nursing—remains our guiding star. The Stellar Nurse initiative is led by: Bill Hurley: Founder of Excellence 24/7, advocates for healthcare improvement. Jennifer Thietz: Nurse advocate and author, highlighting the role of nurses. Angie Gray: Nurse coach and founder of High-Performance Nursing, enhancing professional growth and well-being. Musadhiq Abdulla: Healthcare advocate and digital marketer. These visionaries are committed to supporting and celebrating nurses worldwide. Please visit our website: Thestellarnurse.com Email us: Support@thestellarnurse.comThe

Your nurses are frustrated. And it's costing you more than you think. Lack of career progression is killing retention in healthcare. Nurses feel trapped, overlooked, and unappreciated. And without clear growth paths?  They leave—taking experience, patient trust, and morale with them. This isn’t just about retention rates or saving on hiring costs. It’s about respect, recognition, and building a workplace  where nurses feel they can thrive, not just survive. Here’s how healthcare leaders can change the game: ✅Create Transparent Career Ladders           Nurses need a clear path to grow. ✅Build Mentorship Programs       Pairing senior and junior nurses boosts skills and morale. ✅Invest in Leadership Development       Empower nurses to lead, not just follow. Imagine this: a culture where every nurse sees their future in your organization.   A workplace where growth isn’t just a possibility—it’s the expectation. P.S. Are you a healthcare executive ready to face the truth? If you’re serious about transforming patient and employee satisfaction, send me a DM, and I’ll show you exactly how to make it happen.

If your organization isn’t getting real-time feedback.  You’re stuck in the past. Excellence 24/7 is miles ahead of you. Most businesses rely on surveys weeks after an experience.  They think delayed feedback is good enough. Wrong. It's leaving money on the table,  and you’re blind to what’s really happening with your customers or patients. Here’s what Excellence 24/7 does differently: Real-time data analysis. When we implemented this system for the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, the results spoke for themselves: A 40% reduction in wait times at check-in. A 60% improvement in communication clarity. A 25% increase in positive staff interactions. We didn’t just improve the experience.  We revolutionized it. Real-time insights meant we could course-correct on the fly,  making changes before complaints hit. That’s the difference. And it’s why our method delivers a 35% boost in “excellent” quality ratings and slashes discharge instruction complaints by 80%. If you’re still stuck relying on outdated systems, here’s your wake-up call. Set up real-time feedback loops.  Use actionable insights. And watch your business transform. Ready to join the future? Let’s talk. Stop waiting for compliments.  Start demanding them.

You're not asking for feedback.  You're not sitting back hoping clients say something nice. You’ve got a system in place, period. If you’re not getting rapid feedback from your clients,  you're doing something wrong. You're leaving valuable insights on the table,  and you're not moving fast enough. Here’s the challenge:  How quickly are you hearing from your customers after an appointment? An hour? A day? A week? One of my clients shared feedback within an hour of their visit. That’s what happens when you have a system built to create moments worth remembering, immediately. Is your team doing this?  Or are you sitting there, assuming everything’s great? If you don’t have this kind of response time,  you're missing out on critical data. Without feedback loops, you’re flying blind. Set the systems up: ✅Train your staff to encourage immediate feedback. ✅Make the post-appointment process smooth. ✅Capture those comments instantly. This isn’t a ‘nice-to-have.’ It’s a must-have if you want to win. Need help tightening up your customer experience? Let’s talk. Don’t wait for compliments. Demand them.

Nurses are burning out—and it’s not hard to see why. Understaffing. High patient loads. Constant pressure. Sound familiar? The solution is obvious: hire more staff or optimize team allocation. Yet, so many healthcare organizations continue to ignore the problem. Instead of band-aid solutions like wellness programs. Let’s get real: 1. Prioritize hiring. If nurses are stretched too thin,  it’s your responsibility to fix it. Patient safety and nurse well-being go hand-in-hand. 2. Optimize team allocation. Are you making the most of your current staff? Smarter scheduling and role distribution can prevent burnout—without waiting months for new hires. 3. Listen to your nurses. They know the workload better than anyone.  If they’re telling you they’re overloaded,  believe them and take immediate action. Stop pushing nurses to the edge. If you want to see better patient care,  support your staff with the resources they need. It’s that simple. The question is: Are you willing to step up and make it happen? P.S. Most healthcare providers talk about patient satisfaction. But few truly understand what drives it. It’s not just about having skilled professionals or state-of-the-art equipment. Patient satisfaction starts with listening—and acting quickly. At Excellence 24/7, we’ve seen the difference real-time data makes. Here’s how it works: Same-day feedback  We collect patient insights immediately, not weeks later. Actionable data  We deliver results in 24 hours, empowering you to act fast. Sustainable results  Our clients see a 40% increase in satisfaction by addressing concerns before they become problems. The bottom line? Hospitals that listen in real time don’t just improve care. They create loyal patients who trust them. If you’re relying on outdated feedback systems. You’re missing the mark. Real-time data isn’t just a trend. It’s the future of healthcare. P.S. If you think leadership is just about being in charge, you’re missing the mark. Leaders don’t hide behind titles or boardrooms.  They’re on the floor, in the trenches, getting their hands dirty. In healthcare, leadership is not about managing.  It’s about standing side by side with your nurses and showing up every day. Because nurses are burning out,  and the solution is NOT more “wellness programs” or free pizza in the breakroom. Here’s what real leadership looks like: Hire more staff. Period. If nurses are drowning in patients, it's on YOU to fix it. Listen. When nurses say they’re overwhelmed, don’t brush it off. Act on it. Prioritize mental health. This industry places immense pressure on its best people. Real leaders provide support before their teams reach the breaking point. Stop managing from the sidelines. Stop talking about support and start showing it. If you’re in healthcare leadership and you’re not stepping up—you’re failing your team. P.S. Ready to take real action? DM me "Grow" and let’s fix this.

Transforming African Healthcare, Together Let’s be honest: Africa’s healthcare system faces big challenges. Patients often feel ignored, communication isn’t great,  and the quality of service can be hit or miss. But we believe now is the time for change. That’s why we’re launching a feedback system using QR codes. This will help improve patient engagement,  boost service delivery, and celebrate the healthcare workers making a real difference. We’re in this together, with one shared goal to bring lasting change. Here’s how we plan to do it: ✅ Made for Africa Our solution is designed for Africa’s needs. It considers different languages, cultures, and healthcare environments—whether it’s a city hospital or a rural clinic. ✅ Working with Key Partners This isn’t just about technology. We’re teaming up with healthcare providers, governments, and NGOs to make real improvements. We aim to attract global health organizations to support this mission. ✅ Starting with Pilot Programs We’ll begin by testing our system in select hospitals. Once we show it works, we’ll expand across the continent. We’re focused on taking action, not just talking about change. ✅ Using Mobile Technology With more people using mobile phones across Africa, we’re making it easy for everyone to give feedback through their phones, no matter where they live. ✅ Affordable and Easy to Scale Our system is simple but effective. It’s affordable for even small clinics and can be scaled to reach more places, bringing change everywhere. ✅ Empowering Patients with Rewards We value patients’ feedback and will act on it. To encourage participation, we’re offering rewards to those who share their experiences. Feedback will lead to action, and action will lead to better care. We’re not waiting for change—we’re making it happen. This is more than just addressing healthcare problems we’re here to solve them. And we’re doing it together. Join us in reshaping the future of healthcare in Africa.  Let’s work together for a system that truly serves its people.

Nurses are the backbone of healthcare But are we really supporting them? Most leaders say they support their teams,  but actions speak louder than words. So, how do you know if leadership is truly supportive in healthcare?  Let me break it down: 1. They show up, not just talk. Supportive leaders don’t hide in offices.  They’re present on the floor, understanding real challenges nurses face. 2. They listen—and take action. Real leaders don’t just nod. They listen to feedback, then act on it. If nurses’ concerns are ignored, leadership is failing. 3. They invest in growth. A supportive leader doesn’t just expect results.  They provide resources, training, and opportunities for their teams to thrive. They want you to grow. 4. They prioritize mental health. Long hours and constant pressure burn nurses out. A real leader prioritizes mental health support and work-life balance.Because patient care depends on a healthy team. 5. They give credit where it’s due. Supportive leaders recognize and reward hard work. They celebrate wins, big and small. Nurses deserve more than a paycheck—they deserve respect. The question is: Are you leading or just managing? Healthcare needs strong leaders who build up their teams, not break them down. It’s time to step up. If you’re in healthcare leadership,  it’s on you to make the change. Support your nurses,  and they’ll support your patients. P.S. Ready to reduce burnout and boost patient care? DM me "Grow" and let’s get started today.
