At The Sunshine Academy, our dedicated staff includes 21+ skilled RBTs, several BCBA students, a clinical office manager, lead RBTs, a business office manager, and a robust back-office support team—all focused on empowering our BCBAs with the tools and resources they need to excel. Our commitment is to provide exceptional and compassionate ABA therapy. Our facilities are designed with safety and security as a priority, featuring magnet door locks and a cutting-edge video surveillance system with over 50 cameras to ensure thorough supervision of our RBTs. Our owner, an Electrical Engineer, also develops custom software to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
