The Termeer Foundation Fellows Program is designed to nurture these qualities, equipping first-time biotech CEOs with the resources, mentorship, and network they need to build thriving organizations. Through a comprehensive curriculum that spans personal leadership, executive coaching, DEI, and more, the Fellows Program supports biotech leaders in their journey to create life-changing therapies. Since its launch in 2018, the Termeer Fellows Program has empowered 61 fellows with the tools to excel not only as leaders but as individuals.
