Many brokers are too close to their business to be able to take a step back and see their business from an outsider’s view. Our process forces brokers to stop and take a strategic and deeper look at their ‘real' business needs. Let’s face it - not all brokers need more leads, and definitely not all of the time. Those who have too many leads really need back-office support as a priority. They may also need to bolster their social media presence. On the other hand, newer brokers need a website & to establish their social media presence before they even attempt to try lead generation to ensure they build trust and credibility with homebuyers and mortgage holders online.
