We helped our client triple their website conversions by optimizing what they already have. No new content needed! Here’s how we did it: 💡 Shifted the homepage focus - We updated their homepage to highlight the problems they solve, not just the features of their product. This simple shift made it clear how their solution meets their audience’s needs. 💡 Repurposed existing content - By breaking down long-form content into bite-sized, visually engaging pieces, we boosted user engagement. The result? More relevant traffic that’s more likely to convert. 💡 Enhanced call-to-action placement - We moved their CTAs from the bottom of the page to the top, with clear “Learn More” options. This tweak made it easier for visitors to engage, significantly increasing demo requests. Sometimes, small changes make the biggest impact. Want to do it for your business? #ICYMI: Instagram just changed their algorithm (i.e they want to be more like TikTok and TV than Facebook). Couple of things to note: 👀 They want you to focus more on Views versus Followers 👩🎨 The algo is incentivizing creators and deprioritizing aggregator accounts 📹 For viral videos, they will prioritize the original creator vs. share 🤳 “Views” is now the priority metric and they are deprioritizing most of the engagement metrics. 📈 Look for “Views” and “Send per Reach” instead of “Plays” on your analytics dashboard. So, what’s considered a “View”? Well, IG is joining some of the other platforms and considers 1 second a view. #nickcicero gave us a handy chart. We’d consider 1 second a vanity metric though so use caution. This doesn’t constitute deep engagement with your brand. Metrics or not, you still gotta add value to your audience.

Ditch boring sales decks -- give your customers some #brat energy by putting their needs in the spotlight. Are you as tired as we are of seeing the same boring sales decks? 🥱 The structure of a sales deck is so 2010, and tend to always have the same dusty old format: our company, our history, our products. It’s a one-way conversation that’s talking AT customers, not with them. With endless slides of company logos, product features, and testimonials – it’s more like a resume than a compelling conversation starter. Here’s the thing: Your 👏 customers 👏 want 👏 to 👏 know 👏 how 👏 you 👏 can 👏 help 👏 them 👏 solve 👏 their 👏 problems 👏. They do not want to be lectured about your products or services. They want to be the main character of the story. So, give them that #brat energy and put their needs in the spotlight. So, what’s a better approach? Shift the focus of your decks from ‘what we do’ to ‘how we can help’. From product-push to customer-pull. Sales conversations should start by understanding the customer’s world. Asking them (yes, seriously asking them!) ”How are you doing?”, “What keeps you up at night?”, and “What challenges are you facing right now?”. Then can you lead into showcasing solutions that will resonate. By understanding customer pain points first, you prove you’re more than just a sales team — you're their partner with a solution. #MarketingStrategy #DigitalMarketing #ContentMarketing #B2BMarketing #SalesTips #CharliXCX #bratsummer #salespitch

Remember: Platforms like Instagram and Facebook can oftentimes be in direct conflict with your goals. You can’t rely on them 100%. They’re great for visibility, but they're not made for reliable lead gen. Why? Because their ultimate goal is to keep users scrolling, not send them off to explore other opportunities…aka yours. It’s important to mix it up. Too much reliance on one platform is a recipe for failure. When looking for lead gen ops, think about: ✅Make your existing content work harder for you. Repurpose your white papers, blog posts, etc. into social snippets, send out emails, post to Pinterest (a great search engine!) and leverage for paid media ✅Make sure your offer is aligned with where you send the traffic to. Don’t be lazy and just send them to your homepage. Sounds obvious, but many companies miss this step. ✅Spend your money wisely. Respect the platform you are investing in and understand audience behaviors on each. It’s not a one size fits all strategy. Pro Tip for Executives Focus on promoting your existing high-quality content rather than constantly creating new material for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, which aim to keep users on their sites. If your goal is to nurture high-quality leads and convert them into clients, align your marketing campaigns with your business goals by choosing platforms that drive traffic to your own channels. Simply put, prioritize channels that can directly contribute to your bottom line. Be strategic about your online presence. Remember, it's about strategic visibility, not just presence.
