This year's Health Enthusiast Appreciation Picnic was a perfect day for team bonding, with plenty of sunshine and no shortage of leis to match the Hawaiian Luau theme. When BodyTech Athlete Matthias Mckinnon isn't grinding in the gym, he's working with the Finish Strong Athletic's Program to promote health & fitness while advocating for a violence-free community. Most recently, Matthias helped coordinate the Build Up The Community event in Albany, NY, where they invited local police departments to compete in a bench off, and were able to donate 150 backpacks to local youth just in time for back to school season.
