We are thrilled to share the success of this year’s Sara’s Smile Campaign! With the incredible support of our community, we raised $1,230 for the Preeclampsia Foundation! In honor of Katelyn’s best friend, Sara, who courageously battled cancer and was passionate about helping others and giving back, each year we choose a cause to support for our Sara’s Smile Campaign. This year, we chose this foundation to make a meaningful impact in honor of our team members, Lisa and Christine, and their family. We are proud to support it through Sara's memory. With the funds raised, we purchased educational materials and distributed them to local outreach and community pregnancy clinics in the Charlotte metro area. These resources will help educate expectant mothers and healthcare providers about the signs and symptoms of preeclampsia, ultimately saving lives. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped us honor Sara’s legacy. Through your generosity, we continue to support causes that are near and dear to our team’s hearts. Together, we are making a difference. 💜🕊️

We’re in the final days of our Sara’s Smile Campaign, where we’ve chosen to support the Preeclampsia Foundation and their mission to educate expecting mothers on the symptoms and risks of preeclampsia. Even after a healthy delivery, new moms should be aware of postpartum risks like preeclampsia. Keep an eye out for warning signs such as high blood pressure, severe headaches, or shortness of breath up to six weeks after birth. Preeclampsia affects many, especially first-time moms and those with conditions like chronic hypertension, diabetes, or obesity. While its main cause is still unknown, the placenta plays a crucial role. This condition is responsible for up to 20% of the 13 million preterm births each year. 🤰🏽🍼💕 Please consider donating to our campaign, in honor of Sara, and Lisa’s family! High blood pressure is a common symptom of preeclampsia, but it’s not the only one. Headaches, swelling, and vision changes can also indicate the condition. Help us educate expectant mothers and healthcare providers about the signs and symptoms of preeclampsia by donating to the Sara’s Smile Campaign. Every contribution counts! We are honored to announce the launch of this year's Sara's Smile Campaign! For those who are new to our page, The Admin Effect is dedicated to honoring Katelyn Kucharo's best friend, Sara, who bravely battled cancer, around her birthday every year. This year, we've chosen to support the Preeclampsia Foundation in honor of our Executive Assistant, Lisa Michalek's personal connection to the cause. We're honored to rally behind a mission that holds special significance for Lisa and her family! To learn more, click here: https://lnkd.in/g8iwDe28 Preeclampsia (pre-e-CLAMP-si-a) is persistent high blood pressure that develops during pregnancy or the postpartum period. 1 in every 12 pregnancies are effected by Preeclampsia. Preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders of pregnancy can be devastating diseases, made worse by delays in diagnosis or management, seriously impacting or even killing both women and their babies before, during or after birth. Our goal for this year's Sara's Smile Campaign is to raise awareness for Preeclampsia, a condition close to the hearts of many expectant mothers and families. To achieve this, we've set up a GoFundMe link to collect donations, which will be used to purchase Preeclampsia education kits that we'll distribute to local OB/GYN offices at the end of May. Education is key in preventing the serious effects of Preeclampsia. Join us in honoring Sara's memory and supporting mothers and babies affected by preeclampsia. Together, we can turn sorrow into strength and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need! Click here to donate: https://gofund.me/a4bf8149

We want to give a huge shoutout to James Wong and The Founder's Chair team for putting together an incredible event! This week, our Founder and CEO, Katelyn Kucharo, traveled to Dallas, TX to meet with pioneers in the industry to discuss The Admin Effect's past, present, and future in our industry. We're thrilled to have been among the eight selected to present to the "Funders" at The Founder's Chair. It was an honor to meet industry legends, and having the opportunity to brainstorm ideas and collaborate with each Funder was invaluable. We're so grateful to James and The Founder's Chair for facilitating such engaging discussions. One of our highlights was connecting with individuals who resonate with our culture, business approach, and core values. Our culture and team mean the world to us, and it's because of these two elements that we can engage in exciting conversations like the ones we had at this event!
