Congrats to Spinning Tree Theatre for a fantastic production of "Bubble Boy: The Musical". The cast did an amazing job bringing this hilarious, crazy adventure to life. We were delighted to see Jordan Rosenwald as the lead, Chloe. Jordan was a student at Theatre of the Imagination when she was little. We are so proud of how hard she has worked to develop her talents and share them with the world. It was great to see our dear friends Matthew and Taylor too. Both of them taught and managed camps at TI for many years. There is still time to catch this show, running this weekend at the Johnson County Heritage Center.

We have another talented Laura Hay Humphrey scholarship winner! The very dramatic Cailisa got a scholarship from the foundation, allowing her to take a drama class where she gets to be a mermaid! "Acting is just what I love to do" says Cailisa. "When I grow up I want to be on TV and help people." Her mother added "Thank you so much to the Laura Hay Humphrey Foundation for their generous support."

We are so proud of our drama students, they helped write a new song! The kids wanted to try their hand at songwriting and worked together to come up with fun lyrics to a cute melody. "Dine with me" is an original song that they helped create. They even made up an adorable dance! Want to get your creative child involved in drama? We have classes starting soon. Check us out at www.Dramakc.com.
