A. DAMN. DECADE. Wow. It's Adam's TEN YEAR anniversary as a Black Sheep. That's 3,650 days as our expert in all things operations and culture, from obtaining and maintaining our B Corp status to contributing to our progressive people strategies to leading our transparent financial open book management practice. When he's not finding innovative ways to work together and keep the good vibes alive, he keeps our Slack channels entertaining with his love of design, unmatched taste in music and passion for food. We would not be the agency we are today without his thoughtful contributions and meaningful care for everyone on the team. Since the early days, people around us have always said "Everyone needs an Adam!" speaking to how—even from the outside—they can see how he keeps the agency humming and takes such incredible care of everyone on the team.
