The trio presented a progress report on the CRE® Consulting Corps' recommendations on the redevelopment of Fort Myers' Midtown neighborhood. At the request of Collaboratory, a Consulting Corps team led by Cassandra initially visited Fort Myers in 2022 and also included Monica, Brett Pelletier, CRE, FRICS, Courtney Pogue, CRE®, and Steve Romine, CRE®.
