The Craneware Group embarked upon a project with the Tech for Good Alliance (TfGA) to contribute skilled volunteers to build an app for National Museums Scotland (NMS) that will also potentially benefit the larger Tech for Good ecosystem. The application aims to remove some of the manual effort involved in the NMS ‘Across the Floor’ experience program, which allows employees and volunteers to learn about different aspects of the organisation.  The planning team consisted of members of our Product and UX teams to help design and define the solution. A big thank you to Mads Boyd-Madsen, Neil Earlam, Samantha Bartram, Kasim Mahmood, Mopelola Lauretta Ajegbile, MPH, and Taiwo Alawiye, who helped with the design and definition of the application.  The engineering team was led by Ondřej Neulinger, James Guy, Neil Earlam, and Daniel Hardie - within a day, they had produced a working application ready to be demonstrated and deployed to the NMS group early next month. #techforgood #hackathon #skilledvolunteering #DigitalTransformation #CranewareCares
