CLEARSTEM is a fast-growing luxury skincare brand focusing on clean, anti-acne, anti-aging products. 1) Director of Marketing - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and ROI. - Strong project management and product marketing background. - Proven experience in senior marketing roles. - Ideal candidate has experience with large skincare or beauty brands. - Remote. 2) TikTok Affiliate Manager - Develop and manage CLEARSTEM's TikTok shop affiliate program, focusing on driving sales and building strong relationships with digital influencers and brand ambassadors. - Remote, but LA or Denver preferred. - Experience working within TikTok/TikTok shop. - Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years in affiliate or influencer marketing. 3) Community Manager - Help grow and maintain our community both online and offline. - Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with our community our across all social channels. - Film social media content at community events in LA, and turn this content into IG and TikTok posts. - Mainly a remote position, but must be LA based. - Ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience as a community manager/with social media and content creation.
