I was doing market research on some of the big name Developers for the Industrial sector. (A lot of them do not manage their own properties unless they are a REIT, however, a lot do.) One thing I saw when I was looking at Prologis is that they are very vocal about their culture. At least on paper, you can feel the culture. I decided to dig deeper into their website. Their job listings talk about how much they value you for the value you provide them. You see this though the family first concept and the extensive number of days off for first years. It's Incredible. This is how to have higher employee retention as well as employees that will work in the company's best interest.
