🌟 Meet the Team - Cameron Bailey - CFO, Chief Investment Officer 🌟 Cameron  began his professional career in sales at 25, running a $7MM automotive company in Nashville. After the market crash in 2007, he shifted his focus and partnered with a healthcare consulting firm. For the next decade, he worked with dentists and dental teams across the country, providing them with business strategies to drive success. Specializing in team building, sales, and marketing, he helped grow the company to $1MM in revenue while maintaining an impressive 80% profit margin. After 10 years, Cameron sought a more sustainable path, one that allowed him to spend more time with his family. This led him to transition into full-time mobile home and RV park investing, where he now focuses on building a scalable business with lasting revenue streams to support his family for the long term.

Meet the Team - Mackenzie Swartz - Lead Generation Social Media Specialist Mackenzie is the Lead Generation Social Media Specialist for The Freedom Group, where she has contributed her expertise for the past 10 months. With over 16 years of real estate marketing experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the communications and marketing team. Her diverse background includes roles in marketing management, lead generation, social media, graphic design, digital marketing and field marketing. Mackenzie has worked for several top real estate brokerages in the U.S., including Keller Williams, Re/Max, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Coldwell Banker. She has ample experience with residential and commercial real estate, as well as large real estate investment portfolios. Outside of her career, Mackenzie is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cruising around the world and exploring the outdoors, whether it be camping, kayaking, or spending time out on the boat in Lake Michigan. She holds a degree in Marketing & Applied Management, further solidifying her expertise in the field.

His expertise spans loan structures, financial operations, and contract negotiation. After his time in real estate, Kevin transitioned to branding and marketing, gaining valuable insights into building and growing successful businesses and brands. As a natural communicator, Kevin excels at breaking down complex situations and ensuring clarity for all stakeholders. A native of southern Kentucky, Kevin has lived in the Nashville area for over 30 years. He and his wife have two sons and one daughter. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys living on the lake, boating, and spending time outdoors with family and friends in Tennessee. Combining his lending background with his communication skills, Kevin is poised to lead Freedom Capital Group into its next phase of growth.

🌟 Meet The Team - Candice Baltimore - MH Park Manager 🌟 Candice is a dedicated mobile home property manager, overseeing six of our mobile home parks—four in Athens, Alabama, and two in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Candice has nearly four years of experience working for The Freedom Group since November 2020. She is also a licensed salesperson in Alabama through the Alabama Manufactured Housing Authority. At 34 years old, Candice is a proud mother to two boys, Skyler (16) and Jayden (14). In addition to her professional life, Candice enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, kayaking, and riding side by sides. She’s also a fan of playing volleyball, corn hole, and watching Alabama football.
