Back in 1967, a UCLA professor published research related to communication: 7 percent of communication is conveyed by our words 38 percent comes via our tone of voice 55 percent comes through body language When it comes to business and emotional intelligence, the 7+38+55 rule is tremendous. Focus your attention on what's most likely to provide insights when you are unable to read the intent or emotions of other people.
