𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 Aurora, a devoted mom of two, thought she had everything under control, but she was secretly struggling to balance work, family, and life. One day, she reached a breaking point and realized she needed to make a change. With newfound determination, Aurora started prioritizing her own well-being, so she could be a better mom to her kids. As she focused on her mental health, Aurora discovered a simple truth: taking care of herself wasn’t selfish, it was necessary. By accepting her weaknesses and imperfections, she became a stronger and happier person. She learned to ask for help when she needed it and take breaks when feeling overwhelmed. By doing so, she became a better role model for her kids, showing them that it’s okay to not be perfect and that taking care of your mental health is important. Hence, you may break when trying to give your children the world and neglecting yourself. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of your mental health, so you can be the best parent you can be. ✍️The Immigrant Mom #immigrantmoms #momtips #motherhood #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #momsindallas
