If it’s not in my calendar, it doesn’t exist. •⁠ ⁠Delegate tasks when possible - Don't be afraid to ask for help from your partner, family members, or friends. I've found that delegating tasks can free up my time and reduce stress. I hired someone to wash, fold, and put my laundry away, and as simple as that, it was life-changing! •⁠ ⁠Set boundaries and take breaks - It's important to set boundaries between work and personal life. Take breaks throughout the day to recharge and avoid burnout. I struggle with this the most but I schedule time for exercise, meditation, or simply having dinner together as a family. •⁠ ⁠Build a strong support system - Having a strong support system is essential for balancing career and family. I rely on my husband, family, and friends for emotional support and practical assistance. When things get tough, a long hug can remind us what truly matters.
