This week, we welcomed 115+ students from five universities to our headquarters for College Night! With 25+ departments represented, students had the chance to explore internship opportunities, future careers at Pilot and our people-first culture. Today, we celebrate National Working Parents Day! Thank you to all the Pilot team members who inspire us daily with their dedication, both at work and at home. Our chief marketing officer, Adrienne Ingoldt, truly embodies this spirit navigating both roles as a mom, wife, and leader with authenticity. As Adrienne puts it, "As a working parent, I believe in embracing the wholeness of who we are, being fully present in work and personal moments."

Today, we honor and remember the lives tragically lost on September 11, 2001. The unwavering bravery of the first responders will always be remembered, and we thank them for their courageous sacrifice.
