Worlds were colliding last week between Sales and Finance 💥 Who owns invoicing? Sales? Finance? Should we invoice from our accounting software or our CRM software? I never thought we'd debate that, but here we are! Salesforce and HubSpot dominate the CRM space in SaaS companies. They own 82% of the market, according to my 5th annual tech report. Despite 22 CRM solutions being named in the survey. The red line below is the dividing line. HubSpot owns SMB while Salesforce owns enterprise.
